Your timepiece is shipped via premium courier services with full insurance coverage, ensuring protection throughout transit. This service includes signature confirmation and tracking, providing complete visibility from dispatch to delivery.

For international shipments, we offer secure, insured shipping options tailored to your location and requirements. Please contact us before placing an international order so we can provide accurate shipping costs and delivery timelines.

Special order timepieces

Timepieces designated as "Special Order" are sourced specifically to fulfill your request from our network of trusted suppliers and collectors. These pieces require additional processing time to ensure proper authentication, condition verification, and documentation.

Special order items typically ship within 3-7 business days from the date of order confirmation and payment verification. This timeframe allows us to complete our authentication protocol and prepare comprehensive documentation. We will keep you informed of the status throughout the process.

Processing and dispatch

For timepieces that are in stock and ready for immediate shipment, we process and dispatch orders on the same business day when payment is received and verified before 2:00 PM Eastern Time. Orders received after this cutoff are processed the following business day.

Shipments are dispatched Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays. Our inventory is maintained in a secure, climate-controlled facility, allowing us to offer this expedited service while maintaining the highest standards of care and security.

Before any timepiece leaves our facility, it undergoes a comprehensive verification process:

Packaging and dispatch

Once verification is complete, your timepiece is packaged using premium materials designed to protect against impact, temperature fluctuations, and handling during transit. The original packaging is secured within additional protective layers, and the entire package is sealed and labeled.

All shipments are dispatched via trusted courier services with full tracking capabilities. For security purposes, shipments are sent to the billing address provided at checkout unless alternative arrangements are made in advance.

Shipping terms and security

All shipments from The Tempus Order are fully insured for their full value and require signature confirmation upon delivery. This requirement applies to both residential and business addresses, providing an additional layer of security and ensuring proper receipt of your timepiece.

If you are unable to be present for delivery, you may arrange for pickup at a designated courier facility. The courier will provide instructions for pickup upon delivery attempt. We recommend tracking your shipment and making arrangements in advance to ensure smooth delivery.

International shipping

We are pleased to offer international shipping to collectors worldwide. International orders require additional coordination to ensure compliance with customs regulations and proper documentation.

Sales tax
