The Glashütte Original Sixties Chronograph draws its design from the 1964 Spezimatic, a watch that defined an era before the quartz crisis interrupted everything. The galvanized silver fine-matt dial carries rose gold hands with Super-LumiNova and applied rose gold markers beneath a domed sapphire crystal with period-correct curvature. The 42mm case at 12.40mm wears with the slimness the era demanded. The slide-way chronograph drives small seconds at 9 and a 30-minute counter at 3, the bicompax arrangement that defined sport chronographs of the period. Calibre 39-34 powers it at 4Hz with 40 hours of power reserve, 51 jewels, a 21-carat gold oscillating weight, and hand-applied finishing through the domed caseback. 2022 production, impeccable condition, box and papers, OEM strap and additional new aftermarket alligator strap included. A Saxon chronograph with genuine vintage soul.
